Anji Jin 金安吉 (b. 2002) is a Chinese artist based in New York. She holds a BS in Mathematics from NYU Tandon School of Engineering and is currently pursuing an MA in Visual Arts Administration at New York University.

Her engagement with art began early and continued alongside her academic studies. Her professional experiences span a gallery, an auction house, a Michelin-starred restaurant, and a bespoke tailoring studio. Working across these settings deepened her attention to materials, everyday encounters, and the different ways people perceive and give meaning to their surroundings.

Drawing on her background in mathematics, Jin brings analytical thinking and spatial imagination to her practice. Working primarily with ceramics, often in dialogue with other media, she explores how contrasting materials and forms meet while retaining their differences. Her work grows from everyday observations, with an interest in uncertainty and the shifts in perception that emerge through closer attention.
